Add a new class named 'JarResource' that extends the funtionality of portal commons and besides resources stored inside betacms can also provide web resources stored inside jars (i.e. under a specific jar path).
The served resources might be common CSS style sheets and javascript files shared between different content applications that use the betacms-portal-commons library.
