Besides the link addition enhance JIRA message that appears on JIRA login screen to explain that users with a simple account (the account that is created upon registration and does not have any special permissions) may view any BetaCONCEPT open source projects and submit issues / feature requests or vote for new features.
Additionally customers with special accounts can see their projects and submit issues.
For a simple account only registration is required. For a customer account the user should first register and then call BetaCONCEPT to ask for special permissions to be installed for a requested customer project.
