Currently when editing a multi value property in BetaCMS WEB interface, all new values are added at the bottom of the list. There is no support for moving up or down existing values, i.e user can no define the order of the values.
Two more actions should be added , move up and move down

Note that ordering multi value COMPLEX cms properties is not yet supported
