-Deprecate all methods that generate URLs which access Binary Channel Resources directly through the file system files where the resources are stored.

-Add a utility method that returns the suffix of Binary Channel filenames

-Fix the implementation of methods that generate Binary Channel access URLs which are complaint with the BetaCMS RESTful API. The fixes concern the latter additions and changes of the RESTful API and are required in order to produce correct the URLs.
