In TopicEdit page moving a topic to a different taxonomy is not working.
More specifically when dragging a new parent for a topic and that parent belongs to a different taxonomy (other than the taxonomy to which the topic initially belongs), then drop is not allowed

Fixed repository module to support moving topics between taxonomies (all the required moving of references is automatically performed).
Fixed web-ui module to allow drag and drop of parent nodes from different taxonomies.
Therefore it is now possible to move a topic from one taxonomy into another by editing the topic and dragging a parent topic or taxonomy node from another taxonomy.
